Adult Airway

At Cascade Dental Care, we’re committed to helping people breathe and sleep better. Common signs of a compromised airway include snoring, mouth breathing, teeth grinding, restless sleep, frequent tossing and turning, daytime drowsiness, nightmares, digestive issues, morning headaches, and jaw pain.

Modern, softer diets have led to less stimulation of the jaw muscles and bones during key developmental years. As a result, many people experience underdeveloped jaws and narrow dental arches, which can cause high palates, limited tongue space, and restricted airways.

We address these concerns in adults by promoting the growth and development of the dental arches using removable expanders and clear aligners. This approach helps create the proper foundation for the mouth, supporting optimal function and airflow.

By treating the cause of airway issues—not just the symptoms—we help both children and adults achieve better health and a higher quality of life.
