I love helping people, and I love being able to work with my hands to give my patients relief when they are in real need. It gives me a pleasure to see patients who walk in with many serious dental problems walk out with a beautiful, white smile on their faces. With white fillings, I make cavities disappear. There is an artistry about dentistry that I really like. I make sure that your teeth aren’t just healthier, but they look stunning too.
I have been practicing dentistry for 23 years. Cascade Dental Care is my life’s dream, to have the type of office that I would want to be a patient in. We built it from scratch; design, colors, layout, equipment, and chairs. It is all designed to be really comfortable.
I’m treating children of children that I treated as a new dentist, just out of school. I saw them as kids, they are now parents and are bringing their kids to me.

Dr. Taylor Swallow, DDS
Dr. Taylor Swallow was raised in Sandy, Utah, alongside his parents and four sisters. Following his graduation from Alta High School, he embarked on a church mission in Brasilia, Brazil, which he considers a significant milestone in his life. Dr. Taylor then pursued his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in exercise science. It was during his time at BYU that he met his wife, Maren. Together, they have four children and enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including camping, fishing, hiking, biking, yard work, skiing, and sports.
Dr. Taylor earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry. He practices comprehensive general dentistry, offering services such as oral care, fillings, crowns, implant restorations, extractions, root canals, dentures, partial dentures, and more. He is recognized for his precision, attention to detail, and conservative approach to dental care. Additionally, Dr. Taylor has gained valuable experience working under a pediatric dentist, fostering his passion for treating young patients.
Recently, Dr. Taylor completed a Mini-Residency in pediatric airway management. He addresses issues stemming from underdeveloped arches in children, often caused by soft diets, using removable appliances to help them develop proper bites, arches, and airways. This treatment ultimately promotes better overall health of the child.
Dr. Taylor is dedicated to the field of dentistry and aims to provide the highest quality and most comfortable care possible. His honesty, compassion, and personable nature make him a valuable addition to our practice. We are confident that he will deliver exceptional care to our patients.
