WILL I NEED TO SEE MY DOCTOR FOR FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS?
You’ll share progress updates with your doctor digitally, so most of your treatment can be completed from home. If they spot an issue when reviewing your progress updates, they’ll ask that you come in to assess the issue in person.
HOW DOES PROMONITORINGTM APP WORK?
You’ll download ProMonitoring™ app to your smartphone and use a ScanBox Pro (included with your treatment) to share photos of your smile with your doctor every few weeks. It’s a simple process that can be completed from anywhere life takes you.
WHAT IF I NEED HELP?
If you lose an aligner or aren’t sure what to do, use the live chat feature in ProMonitoring™ app for advice on what to do next.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF TREATMENT?
If you and your doctor are happy with your results, your doctor will likely prescribe a retention device or additional aligners if your smile still needs some improvement.
